I have pretty healthy hair but I want to grow it longer, so I was wondering what is a good shampoo that can make my hair really healthy so it could grow longer. I have medium-thick hair, already pretty long(almost past my chest). Anyone have suggestions that have the same hair type as me or just know what I could use?

okay, i have pretty thick hair and it's damaged from highlighting so much. (it's finally back brown and i aint touching it!) anyways im using "moisture maniac" it's by bed head, you can only get it at salons.. it's a good price for the stuff too.. i love it! i've used all different kinds of shampoos and conditioners and this by far is my faV!
