My hair is kinda wild, so I straighten it everyday but I'm starting to see damage from the heat- BAD SPLIT ENDS!! Any ideas on what I could do with my hair instead? PLEASE help me!

Have you tried using an anti frizz gel to help style it? I use Pantene Pro-V's anti-frizz gel but to keep it from getting all crunchy and gross, I water it down with equal amount of water (and mix it up) and add it to my damp hair before I blow dry. Then I use some hairspray to help do a little styling up front. My hair's not very wavy, but I do tend to get a bit of frizz.

If you like this look, then I suggest a ceramic straigtener. It puts less wear and tear on your hair. I have the same kind fo hair as you. I wash it every three days and get 6 week trims.

Also, the wavy look is in! Get a smoothing/anti frizz balm like Bumble and Bumble or BedHead and smooth it through your hair when it's damp. Let it air dry or blow dry with a diffuser.

what type of flat iron do you use? make sure its on the setting that works for you, which isnt always the highest setting.

ive been told that putting a product in your hair before straightening can help to not damage your hair.

well, if you like the effects of straightening, there is a special product that you spray on your hair before straightening. also, use a shampoo made for girls with wavy hair. most will say "for wavy hair" or "wavy/curly" on it. i have really wavy hair, and i hope this helps!
