I have Flat thick hair that is to heavy to hold perms and the shampoos, sprays, and gels dont seem to work either. does anyone know anyway to fix this.
How to turn thick flat hair to curly and/or wavy hair??
Go to the hair salon and get your hair done, if you don't want to get your hair done ask your stylist for tips and if he/she recommends any products for you to use.
