Thinning of THick hair, advisable?

I also have super thick hair and yesterday i got it thinned...it feels great and also gave my hair more shape...the thing with thich hair is that even when you thin it, if you want you can find ways to make it look thick again..ie blowdrying it, curling, etc. Plus, i get my hair thinned often and it doesn't take long to thicken again. Go for it! your hair will feel better.

I would start by taking Folic Acid. It does wonders. And it's natural and safe! =)

I have the same problem and I get my hair thinned every 3-4 months. It has no pain, and your hair doesn't look different but you can feel it. You can put an elastic in without it breaking!

Do it, it will feel lighter, more easy to work with too. They just use thinning shears to remove excess hair between layers.
